Commercial Property Tax Associates (CPTA) is interested in forming strategic alliances with business professionals whose client base includes commercial property owners and managers. Examples include but are not limited to real estate agents, brokers or property managers, engineers, attorneys, accountants and appraisers. If you are in this select group please consider the following.
CPTA provides a valuable and much needed service to commercial property owners and managers. You represent or are retained by such persons. You can provide a critical service to both your client and yourself by partnering with us.
To qualify, an Alliance Partner must:
- Currently provide a needed service to property owners or managers
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in client service
- Desire to provide clients with a strategic alliance that will greatly benefit client with no up-front costs
- Desire to receive substantial remuneration for their contribution
Contribution
As an Alliance Partner, your contribution will simply be your sterling relationship with your clients. We will provide the services that most of your clients need but are lacking!
Remuneration
When clients of Alliance Partners become Clients of CPTA, remuneration will be earned in one of two ways:
- Immediate payment
- Percentage of Fee payment upon receipt by CPTA
The choice will be yours. Payment for services in advance or a more generous payment when case is concluded.
